AGES GROUPS OFFERED: U7 thru U12, Boys and Girls
LEVEL - SELECT D3 or D4: This level of competition is for competitve teams at the Select D3/D4 level. No players rostered on a Select D2 or D1 team can be rostered for these games.

DAYS/TIME RANGES: Saturdays, 2:00 - 7:30 pm

LOCATION: Heman Park Centennial Commons (7210 Olive, University City, MO, 63130)

PRICE: $65.00 per game/per team

1) Complete the Application Form and mail in with payment to the FSC office. Payment should match the number of games you are requesting.
